Absolutely — the training video is available for you to rewatch as many times as you like. You’ll have unlimited access, so you can revisit it whenever you need a refresher or want to recap specific sections.
Once you’ve completed your course, you’ll be asked to submit a short video of yourself carrying out the treatment. This allows our trainers to assess your technique. After a successful review, your certificate will be posted to you.
Yes — we send out a full training kit and manual to accompany your course. For lash courses, this also includes a doll’s head so you can practise your technique. Everything is posted directly to you before you begin.
Our online courses are designed to replicate a classroom experience. They’re filmed as though we’re teaching you face-to-face, with all the detailed information and demonstrations you’d receive in person.
When you train with us, you receive lifetime support. You’re welcome to reach out at any time for advice, guidance, or reassurance — even long after you’ve completed your course. We’re always learning new things ourselves through hands-on treatments, and we love passing that knowledge on to our students.
Each course comes with its own bespoke training kit, tailored to what you'll be learning. The full list of contents is outlined on each course page, as the items may vary depending on the treatment.
Our courses are typically completed in a single day. You’ll learn everything you need during your training session, allowing you to gain your qualification quickly and efficiently.
Like anything, practice makes perfect. The more you practise your technique, the more confident and skilled you’ll become. We recommend working on another model soon after training while the knowledge is still fresh.
You’ll be ready to start offering the treatment as soon as your training is complete. We do encourage practising on a model first to help build your confidence.

- Semi-permanent makeup can be used to enhance the appearance of your:
- Eyes – eyeliner
- Eyebrows
- Lips
Semi-permanent makeup is a cosmetic treatment designed to enhance your natural features by implanting pigment into the skin using a fine needle. It's commonly used to define brows, eyes, and lips with long-lasting results that reduce the need for daily makeup application.
We offer a variety of professional eyebrow shaping methods including waxing, threading, and plucking. Our approach ensures your brows are shaped to suit your facial features and personal style.
HD Brows is a bespoke eyebrow treatment tailored to each individual client. It includes a combination of shaping techniques such as waxing, threading, plucking, and tinting, followed by a custom-blended makeup application for a polished, high-definition finish.
Brow lamination is a treatment that helps to straighten and set brow hairs in place, giving a fuller, lifted, and more uniform appearance. It’s ideal for taming unruly brows or achieving that fluffy, brushed-up look.
Possibly, yes. We perform a patch test for all new clients and have a selection of adhesives available. If you’ve had sensitivities in the past, let us know and we’ll find the safest option for you.
Yes, absolutely. We use a specialised glue suitable for sensitive eyes. When lashes are applied correctly by a trained professional, even those with sensitivity can enjoy lash extensions comfortably.
If you're experiencing irritation, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll assess the cause and advise on the best solution to resolve the issue safely and quickly.
We don’t usually recommend bottom lash extensions as they tend not to last very long. However, if it’s something you’re interested in, feel free to ask us for tailored advice.
At The Lash Lounge, we don’t offer traditional half set appointments, as this isn’t really our style. Full sets provide better definition, volume, and longer-lasting results. Incomplete sets can be difficult to blend with your natural lashes, often leaving a look that appears unfinished.
However, we do offer a half classic lashes and half lash lift treatment, which is a great option if you’re looking for something more natural and subtle. It’s the perfect middle ground for those who want to enhance their lashes without going too full or dramatic.
Yes, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Use an oil-free cleanser before your appointment, as any traces of oil or mascara can interfere with the lash adhesive and reduce retention.
We only offer infills on sets done by our salon. If your lashes were done elsewhere, we’d recommend a removal followed by a fresh, full set applied by us.
Eyelash extensions are suitable for everyone! Whether your lashes are short, sparse, fine, or curly, we’ll help you find a style that suits you perfectly.
Not at all — when applied and removed correctly by a qualified technician, lash extensions won’t damage your natural lashes. In fact, many clients find their natural lashes remain healthy with proper care.
An infill is a maintenance appointment where we replace any lashes that have naturally shed. It’s typically done when you have at least 50% of your extensions remaining. We recommend booking infills every 2 to 4 weeks to keep your lashes looking fresh and full.
A Lash Lift curls and lifts your natural lashes to make your eyes appear more open and lashes look longer. A tint is then added to darken the lashes for extra definition, giving the appearance of longer, fuller lashes without the need for mascara.
Mega Volume lashes are ideal for those wanting a bold, dramatic look. Using the Russian lash technique, larger fans are created and applied to each natural lash. These sets use 6–12 fine lashes per natural lash to achieve maximum fullness and glamour.
This method of lashes is perfect for people who want a more Glam look. Russian lashes are fine synthetic Lashes that are made from the same fibre as classic lashes, however because they are much thinner we are able to apply more lashes to each natural lash. Anything between 2 to 8 Lashes can be applied without them damaging your natural lashes or weighing them down. Russian lashes are applied in a fan like shape which we make as we are with our clients. This technique gives you the most volume and because the lashes are so light weight they last up to 50% longer than individual lashes.
Hybrid lashes combine two techniques — classic individual lashes and Russian volume fans. They’re perfect for clients who want a fuller look without going too dramatic. This style is often used to mimic celebrity lash styles, offering both length and volume.
Silk individual lashes are our most natural-looking option. Each silk lash is applied one by one to your natural lashes, enhancing what you already have. Keep in mind, if you have fewer natural lashes, the final result will be naturally more subtle.
Eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent way to add volume and definition to your natural lashes. They reduce the need for mascara and save you time in your morning routine. At The Lash Lounge, we offer four different styles to suit every look and budget.
At the Lash Lounge we offer different types of eyebrow shaping. We can wax, thread or pluck your brows into shape.
